This does not lock in your kill, Once we have confirmation we can process on that day your enquiry will be processed and you will receive an email with confirmation.

We offer butchery for your home grown cattle, lambs and pigs. Below are the steps for sending your animal/s to us for processing:


What Happens Next

  1. Call us or use our online inquiry form to book in your animal/s for butchery. We typically let beef hang for 1-2 weeks prior to butchery.
  2. Call Everson’s Abattoir at Fredrickton on (02) 6561 0100 to book your animal/s in for processing. You arrange for your animal/s to be freighted to the Abattoir. Tell Everson’s that the animal/s will be coming back to The Dorrigo Butcher (reference number 15).
  3. Tell us your cut and packing preferences over the phone. Online cut sheet coming soon.


BEEF: $2.50/kg for bulk packing and $2.50/kg for vacuum packing (from pack for 2 up to family packs)

LAMB: $2.50/kg, vac packing (from pack for 2 up to family packs)

PORK: $2.50/kg, vac packing (from pack for 2 up to family packs)

On collection we will invoice you for the weight of the carcass by the butchery fee, plus any Eversons’ fees and freight back to The Dorrigo Butcher.
